Meet My Intern

Bonjour, Friends!

I’m so happy to officially introduce you all today about the newest member of Chic Peony Boutique, my intern, Samantha Katzenback. Life’s been frenetic solely running Chic Peony Boutique full time while also working full time as a Dental Hygienist (believe me I wonder how I’m doing both too!).   Needless to say, having another person to assist me is precisely what I needed. Content creating is a full time job in itself, so I’m thrilled to have Sam aboard to assist me (especially with my Pinterest!).

Sam is from Pompton Plains, New Jersey and is an upcoming senior at Sacred Heart University studying Strategic Communications and Public Relations. Once she graduates, she plans to work for an advertising agency, as a content creator to promote various brands.  I’m so excited for her and feel as though she has an exciting road ahead!

I was introduced to Sam through my daughter, Arianna.  The girls met at Sacred Heart University and are now very close friends and housemates.  

Sam has been an outstanding intern and can’t speak enough about how much she loves my boutique! One of her favorite products is the Chic Peony Artisan Soap, she says, “The soap smells delicious! It’s fresh, floral, and the scent is long lasting with beautiful packaging”. Her favorite flower is also the peony so she truly is the perfect match for Chic Peony Boutique.  For all of you peony lovers, did you know I have a section on my website titled, “All Things Peony”?  After all, us peony lovers need to stick together!

First and foremost, I’m a mom so I’m thrilled to take Sam under my wing through this internship and help her as much as she’s helping me.  This is just one more thing I love about owning my own business.  I’m so grateful to be in a position where I can make an impact in positive ways.  For that I thank YOU all so much for supporting me and Chic Peony Boutique because I wouldn’t be here without you!
